By accessing or using StreamShiv (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StreamShiv provides live streaming overlay tools, multi-platform tip processing, viewer interaction features, and related services for content creators (“Creators”). Features may change during the beta period without notice.

3. Beta Program

Beta access is granted at StreamShiv's sole discretion. Beta features are provided “as is” and may be incomplete, subject to change, or discontinued at any time. Perks granted to beta members (reduced fees, discounted membership) are contractually binding once confirmed in writing by StreamShiv.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your credentials secure. You may not share your account or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payments and Fees

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Platform tip fees are deducted per transaction. All payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Creator Content

You retain ownership of all content you create. By using the Service, you grant StreamShiv a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and platform terms of service.

StreamShiv may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. StreamShiv does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamShiv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. StreamShiv's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

StreamShiv may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
